YBL has worked with everyone from International athletes, lawyers, students, doctors, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers and busy parents. Helping you find movement classes to suit your time and lifestyle.


Below, you'll find some of our most popular video series and member favourites to help you choose the perfect session for your practice.

YBL Lite

We created YBL Lite for when you're limited on time or looking to squeeze in an extra session. Classes range from 5 - 15 minutes combining dynamic movements with short and effective relaxations.


Full YBL

Our OG signature Yogability style class, blending yoga with mobility. 30 minutes of full body movement and finding strength through range of motion. Moving through controlled vinyasa style flows, active stretches and mobility and finishing off with slower movement, passive stretches and restoration.

Slow Flow

This is our mix between our YBL Lite and Yin style classes. With structured, slower paced movement flows, they're perfect for recovery or for days when you're looking to slow down and drop in to your body.

Yin Yoga

Static Stretches, passive movement and restorative positions. In our Yin Yoga classes you'll hold each position for between 1 and 5 minutes. Yin is perfect if you want to rest, restore and focus purely on slowing down the mind and body whilst working on flexibility.

Strength Flow

Whether you're looking to progress your practice, learn a new skill or challenge your body, we designed these classes for you. We focus on strength and stability and incorporate arm balances and inversions.

Level: Intermediate-Advanced

Finding Balance

Take time to work on your balance, single leg stability and full body awareness.

Bedtime Wind Down

Classes in this series are designed to improve your sleep by encouraging you to slow down, unwind and rest and restore through gentle movement, setting you up for a good nights sleep.

Beginners YBL

For those who are just starting out on their movement journey. Focusing on full body yoga and mobility, moving at a slow pace where each movement is explained in more detail.

Level: Beginner

Athlete Maintenence

YBL has worked with thousands of athletes from CrossFit to Premiership and International rugby teams. We designed this series with the intention of feel good movement with a mobility focus to help prevent injuries, include as part of your movement rehab and to highlight areas of weakness or mobility restrictions.

Breaktime

These 5 minute flows are designed to get you moving in a short amount of time, whether you're working from home, spending most of the day sat down or just have 5 minutes spare for a quick mental and physical reset.

Check In & Breathe

10 minutes of guided meditation to just breathe. For better focus and clarity, helping to reduce stress and anxiety and encourage you to slow down and drop into your body.

Pre & Post Natal

Designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy, this series is filled with classes helping you move with ease, maintain and build strength and find connection to your body and breath, honouring your own movement journey.
